  • Items must be in their original conditionunused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

    • Clearance or sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Special-order accessories or parts

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping details and a return authorization. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving our instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (such as gear or accessories) for a different size or color, please specify this when you contact us.
  • Once the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped to you.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Maketopis is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
